Methodologies and Strategies Used in Teacher Training Programs and Their Measurable Outcomes and Effectiveness
Description
The project's main aim was formed after looking at the dire state of public education in our country. The aim was to find out the Reoccurring themes, correlations and strategies used in teacher training programs. the paper also intended to find out the effectiveness of the methodologies employed in these classes. Some recurring themes that were identified include microteaching to enhance abilities and adjusting to pronunciation issues and teachers were encouraged to communicate more and the use of visual aids.
